I. MEMBERSHIP

1. Valid Information.

(a) All users shall provide accurate information about their identity.

(b) A user must have a valid email address and a valid shipping address. The user should also note that some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

2. Accounts.

(a) All users may have only one account at this website.

All multiple accounts will be placed on hold. Users may share an account across the Internet Marketing Aces, LLC.

(b) Only one account is allowed per shipping address. If there is more than one user at a shipping address, we suggest that they share an account. All multiple accounts per shipping address will be placed on hold.

(c) A single user may not have multiple accounts at more than one shipping address. For example, a user may not have an account at a street address and a PO Box.

(d) A user may not use another person's name or information on this website.

(e) Referral Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

(f) Each user is responsible for maintaining security of his or her account. A user should not share his or her account information and is responsible for keeping his or her password secret. Internet Marketing Aces, LLC will not be liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.

(g) Any user who has his or account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the Internet Marketing Aces, LLC websites. Those who are found to be on hold living at the same address will also have everyone using that address to ship to, be placed on hold as well.

3. Unwanted Emails.

(c) By signing up for this website, the user agrees to receive periodic emails about special offers on our website and from companies affiliated with this website and it's owners.

4. Cancellation of Account.

(a) There is no way to cancel an account. If a user no longer wishes to remain a part of this website, he or she should stop logging in.

(b) A user is responsible from removing himself or herself from the any mailing list if he or she has opted-in.

4. Security.

(a) Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into the Internet Marketing Aces, LLC websites is illegal and is punishable by law. We will prosecute anyone in even the slightest violation of any law to the fullest extent of that law.

II. CONEST RULES

1. Being eligible to win a prize.

(a) Users must have confirmed their email address.

(b) Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of membership to this website.

(c) Users must not have removed themself from our mailing list or the contest.

(d) Users account must not be on hold.

(e) The odds of the contest will depend on the number of entries.

(f) Users may only receive one prize for their account.

(g) Users must have a valid shipping address, email address, and other contact information on file.

(h) There must be a minimum of 5,000 verified accounts before the close of the contest, October 1^st 2004, for this website to award prizes.

2. Availability of Product

(a) Occasionally products may be back ordered from the supplier or manufacturer. We do not guarantee the availability of any product on our website. In a case where a product is backordered, we do not guarantee that it will ship within any period of time.

III. REFFERALS

1. Referral Fraud

(a) Internet Marketing Aces, LLC reserves the right to screen all referrals for signs of fraud. Internet Marketing Aces, LLC reserves sole decision in determining which referrals are fraudulent.

(b) If fraud is found, the user will have his or her account placed on HOLD and will be unable to use any of his or her credit towards any free product.

IV. HOLD

1. Common Reasons for Being Placed on Hold

(a) Multiple accounts.

(b) Fraudulent referrals.

(c) Internet Marketing Aces, LLC has received negative feedback from one of our affiliates.

(d) There is more than one account at a user's shipping address.

(e) Any other reason or a combination of reasons at the sole discretion of Internet Marketing Aces, LLC

2. Placement of Hold

(a) Internet Marketing Aces, LLC reserves the right to place a user on hold at any time.

(b) Internet Marketing Aces, LLC will take reasonable measures to notify a user of his or her account being placed on hold and the reason why. However, Internet Marketing Aces, LLC is not responsible for failure to notify a user about his or her account being placed on hold.

(c) If an account is placed on hold, all information will be frozen and the user will be unable to order from any of the Internet Marketing Aces, LLC websites.

(d) A user who has had his or her account placed on hold cannot create another account.

(e) A user's account will be on hold indefinitely. Holds do not expire. There is no way to "correct" a hold.

(f) A user may not receive any reimbursement for points, entrys, or referreals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.

(g) If a user feels that he or she has been placed on hold in error (i.e. has not acted against the terms of this website), he or she should contact us
